Driven by a deep passion for mental health and trauma-informed care, I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and resilience. I believe that compassion, advocacy, and a person-centered approach are key to making a meaningful impact. My goal is to provide a safe space for people to be heard, supported, and heal.
I received my Bachelor’s of Social Work from Purdue University Northwest and my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Denver. I have worked in the social work field for four years in a variety of settings, which has allowed me to expand my professional and personal social work skills. The evidence based practices that I utilize when working with clients include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed care.
