Kay Hennelly is a recent MFT graduate from the National University and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFT-A). She has a decade of experience working with couples, groups, individuals, adolescents, and children from various backgrounds to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. Her current focus uses Solution-Focused Brief Family Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy. These outlooks center upon finding strengths and building upon them to create meaningful and lasting positive changes based on the language we use to tell our stories and shape our outlooks on life.

Kay enjoys being involved in community events and going on adventures with her family whenever possible. She is experienced in working with Marital and Family Conflicts, LGBTQIA+, and adolescent populations and was a previous facilitator for Northwest, Indiana's Self-Injury Support Group (SISG). Kay is passionate about making therapy a beneficial resource to people from all walks of life and in all situations, and she actively seeks ways to further her training and hold space for those who need it.

"We often see outcomes based on where we place our energy. Deciding to place effort into doing something different is the first step in choosing a path that can make all the difference."
