Jenna Gonzalez, M.S., LMFTA

Jenna Gonzalez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Gottman Level 1 Therapist, and graduate of Purdue University’s esteemed master’s-level program in Marriage and Family Therapy. She provides therapy for adolescents and adults, working with individuals, couples, and families. Her clinical interests include strengthening communication and connection within relationships, addressing family conflict and behavioral concerns, supporting blended families, and treating anxiety and depression. Jenna has also presented at national conferences in Illinois and Indiana on topics highlighting the experiences and well-being of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Jenna approaches therapy as a collaborative process, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. She values open communication, honest dialogue, and meaningful feedback, helping clients navigate challenges while working toward their personal goals. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, Jenna tailors treatment to the unique needs, strengths, and experiences of each client. She is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, deepen their connection to their emotions, and gain clarity around their values, needs, and authentic sense of self.
