Brooke is a recent graduate of Valparaiso University's Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), she is passionate about supporting clients through a personalized and integrative approach to therapy. Drawing from a range of modalities—including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based practices—she works collaboratively with individuals to explore challenges, foster resilience, and promote emotional growth. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. She is committed to creating a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for clients of all backgrounds.
