I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, navigate challenges, and recognize their strengths. My approach is eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based approaches, somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to provide individualized, culturally responsive care that fosters self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Northwest and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University, along with a certificate in trauma-informed counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the international counseling honor society. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Above all, I am passionate about building genuine therapeutic connections and supporting each client’s unique journey toward healing.
